Death Fighters EMS MC is a motorcycle club and a non-profit organization with its Mother Chapter based in Dubai, UAE. It consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer which are all elected officers, along with two additional elected members, who are not club officers these positions are the Road Captain and the Sgt at Arms.
Membership Note: All members and prospects must be active or retired Emergency Medical Services personel, First Responders, Military Medics, Fire Service or Police Medics or have worked / work in a Hospital setting in a medical role, all of good standing - no exceptions (see membership section for expansion).
The executive duties of the president are as follows:
1. To preside over meetings of both the Executive Board and the club as a whole.
2. To judge items not covered in the constitution or in the rules regulations.
3. Directorship gives the president authority to judge items not in the constitution.
4. To act as the personal representati of the club in the area of public relations; as a liaison between the Death Fighters and local-law enforcement agencies; and as a connecting link between the DBMC and other motorcycle clubs as deemed appropriate.
5. To represent the club in any external club business.
6. To assist Death Fighters officers in the interpretation of their club responsibilities, and to promote club life among members in general.
The executive duties of the vice presidents are:
1. To assume the responsibilities of the presidency when the president is unable to do so, due to sickness or injury or if the President is unable to carry out his duties for any reason demmed appropriated by the remainder of the executive board in the absence of the President.
2. Be a connecting link between the Death Fighters and other local motorcycle clubs.
3. As voted 5th June 2023 the standing VP of Death Fighters EMS MC is also in charge of all Nomads worldwide and as such was also given Nomad status and a new mother chapter VP was elected.
4. Clause 3 in the bylaws is valid until 4th June 2026 when it will be reviewed unless there is due cause to review sooner.
5. To this end Death Fighters EMS MC has two (2) Vice Presidents - VP Nomads and VP Dubai, they have equal standing within the club.
The executive duties of the secretary are as follows:
1. To record and safeguard the minutes of the club meetings be they in person or via zoom
2. To maintain the Club Constitution, recording any additions, deletions, or modifications.
3. To handle any club correspondence.
The executive duties of the treasurer are asfollows:
1. To monitor and record the club's income and expenditures.
2. To collect the dues by fully patched members & prospects.
The executive duties of the road captain are as follows:
1. To plan the travel routes and organize the basic itinerary of the club prior to going on a 'run' (tour).
2. To lead the club in formation while riding on tour.
3. To educate & enforce club rules and procedures for group riding, this includes the minimum level of saftey gear required on club rides - DOT Helmet, Riding Gloves, Riding Boots and Colours.
The executive duties of the sergeant at arms are as follows:
1. To maintain order at club meetings in particular, and club activities in general.
2. To ensure that members adhere to club rulings, policies, bylaws and expected models of conduct when dealing with other members of the public or outside MC's, MCC's or other clubs.
Officers of the club serve a 4 years term of office, elections are held at the last regular meeting of the 4th year, in November.
1. In order to be eligible for office, a patch holder has to have been an active member in good standing for a minimum of one year.
2. Patch holders who aspire towards a particular position will campaign informally for one month prior to the elections.
3. Electioneering is conducted on an interpersonal face to face basis or if the member is a Nomad via any form of electronic communication - but that member must have been voted a Nomad in a previous year.
4. Hopeful candidate will approach a member, inform them what he is willing to stand for office if nominated, ask for member's opinion of his qualifications, and solicit the member's support.
1. One organized meeting every two months.
2. Majority rules.
3. If a vote is taken at a meeting and a member is not there either in person in Dubai or via zoom, his vote is void.
4. Only approved fully patched Nomads will be allowed to join meetings via zoom or call in, but even Nomads must attend one in person meeting every two years in Dubai (duration under review).
5. Meetings will be closed except for prospective members.
6. All meetings will be run on a parliamentary basis. Members will be evicted for unruly conduct.
7. Quorum for a meeting is sixty percent of membership and eighty percent for membership votes.
8. Everyone will attend the meeting on his bike if it is favorable weather, unless his bike is broken down or not running at the time. If the club calls a ride/meeting, all members will attend. If a member is working, sick, bike not running, he will be excused.
9. Members must have colors with him when attending meetings.
10. If a member attends a meeting without colours and the Sgt at Arms takes issue, he will be fined.
11. There will be absolutely no alcohol to be consumed during meetings held within the UAE.
12. During a meeting there will be no talking among members until they get the floor through the president. A sergeant-at-arms, if not present, will be appointed and anyone not abiding by the above will be evicted.
13. Miss four meetings (inperson or via zoom) in a row and you're out of the club.
15. Nomads missing their two yearly inperson meeting without good cause are also out of the club.
15. Anyone missing meetings without good cause approved by the President or Vice President gets fined 500AED except for guys in hospital or out of town for a period of time, including prospects. This is waived during the summer months where the outside temperature is 40*C+ and during the holy month of Ramadan.
16. Members must attend meetings to leave club and turn in his colors and everything that has the name Death Fighters on it there is no exception even for Nomads.
17. If a member is thrown out of the club or quits without attending meetings, he loses his colors, and a the Sgt at Arms will come and have a chat with the non members about the return of club colours.

2. Prospects must have a road motorcycle 600cc and above
3. Prospects must be at least 25 years old - can be voted as an exception.
4. Prospects must show a sincere interest in the club and motorcycles.
5. Prospect must be sponsored by one member who has known him at least one year (may be waived by vote).
6. Sponsor is responsible for prospect.
7. Prospect will show a Deathfighters and Prospect front flash & bottom rocker
8. A Sponsor can pull a prospect's rocker at his discretion.
9. Prospects must attend all meetings and club functions, unless prospecting as a Nomad with a Nomad as a sponsor, in this case they must ride with the sponsor at all times when needed.
10. Prospects must do anything another member tells him to do, that a member has done or would be willing to do himself.
11. Prospect will stand behind club and members.
12. No stealing from prospects.
13. Prospect must ride his bike to meeting at time of being voted into club.
14. Prospect must pay 1000AED for his colors before receiving them (this is to cover costs) - 800 is for the patches and 200 is for first month dues. This amount is not refundable.
15. Prospective members must be voted in. Two 'no' votes equal a rejection. One 'no' vote must be explained.
16. Prospective member's prospecting period is at the discretion of sponsor and the club.
17. Every full patch holder must vote for prospect to make full patch. Vote must be unanimous.
18. Only the sponsor or an officer may hand out a patch to a prospect.
The rules of the club will be enforced. If anyone breaks them, executive board will deal them with. If these rules and regulations are broken, it could mean either immediate dismissal or suspension, whatever the executive board sees fit. Breaking any of the following Rules will be reason for immediately kick-out from club.
1. Failure to pay his dues according to the section dealing with the paying of dues.
2. No hype. No use of drugs in any form.
3. There will be no stealing among members. Anyone caught will be kicked out of the club.
4. If a patch holder or prospect that throws his colors or quits, colors are pulled.
5. Members cannot belong to any other clubs.
6. If a group or individual attacks any member, the whole club shall stand behind him and fight if necessary. If, however, the member is drunk and aggressive and purposely starts an argument, the rest of the members will escort him away, or step between before trouble starts.
7. No member will disgrace the club.
8. No member will destroy club property purposely.
9. No member will take the attitude that he doesn't have to help other members and other members don't have to help him
10. No member will go against anything the club has voted for and passed.
11. No member will get together on their own and plan something for themselves on club rides. It will be brought up to the whole club and the whole club will participate in anything that is decided upon.
12. The club will always stay together on rides, runs, parties, field meets etc. The only way a member will be permitted to leave the main group will be to notify the president or whoever is in charge. When the time comes that the majority feels it is time to leave, we will all leave together. Anyone staying behind for a good reason will do so at his own risk and can expect no help.
13. The exception to rule 12 is if the member spots a medical emergency and has to react / respond
14. Members will have good attendance. Members must have a good reason for not attending meetings or rides, such as working, sickness, no transportation, and bike not running.
15. All members must be active or retired EMS see rule 1.
If anyone breaks general rules, executive board will deal with them.
1. Do as you say or walk the line.
2. Death Fighters losing privilege of wearing colors will also lose privilege of voting and ruling over prospects.
3. The treasurer shall keep a clear record of all money paid in and out during the week and will balance it before every meeting; the books will be gone over once a month.
4. All Death Fighters fines will be paid within 30 days. Fines will be paid to the treasurer.
5. Where we go on our rides will be voted upon by the entire membership. However, if your supporting another clubs ride see rule six.
6. Supporting other club rides (normally as Nomads) will require notice via email nomads@deathfrightersmc.club
7. Each patch holder/prospect is required to maintain a valid motor vehicle license, which includes the authorization to operate motorcycle.
8. If for some reason, such as a license suspension, a member can't ride on the road for a long period of time, or if he is without a bike for a short time, he will turn in his patch and upon getting back on the road, the patch will be returned.
9. If a member's bike is not running for a period of sixty days, unless he is in hospital or another good reason, his colors will be confiscated. A member's bike must be running for at least one week (e.g., not fifteen minutes), to be exempt from the above rule. This period is subject to change at the discretion of the executive board. This is a MOTORCYCLE CLUB!
10. Confirmation vote is required for all new patch-holders at their 6 month point. Unanimous vote from all good standing members is required.
11. Absolutely no talking about Club business to persons outside the Club unless its to talk about our goals and values as a club and what our aims are.
12. If you are told you are too drunk to ride or drive, you will turn over your keys to a brother. You and your ride will be taken care of.
13. If the Road Captain or an Officer determines your bike is unsafe to ride, you are grounded until it is safe.
14. During funeral runs, no one will pack a passenger / backpack, patches must be seen.
15. Prospect will watch all bikes when members are at Club functions and anytime the senior member present deems necessary.
As an EMS MC its a non negotiable rule that:
1. On all rides there must be a designated "Tail End Charlie" and they must be carrying Basic Life Support (BLS) Kit & basic Trauma Kit.
2. It is also advisable that one member per ride carries an AED - Automatic External Defibrilator.
3. Those riding in support of other clubs must hold BLS and Trauma Kit plus an AED on their bike while riding otherwise whats the reason for your ride as a Death Fighter - we ride to support
4. We ride to provide basic medical assistance on scene of an incident out on the road.
5. Optional, its optional but advised that you should mark your pannier that hold the medical gear, for ease and incase your man down others can assist and know the location of your medical gear.
6. For advice or education needs on minimum carry please speak to the VP.
7. Death Fighters EMS MC will on an annual basis run a "Rider Down" first aid course in Dubai and may run them with approval in other locations.
8. We will also be running CPD course for members during the year as needed and approved by the executive.
9. Above all else we are Brothers and Medics and as such should always help fallen riders - any member that rides passed a crash without stopping to offer help will have to explain themselves infront of their fellow members.
1. Club dues will be paid each month, due by the first.
2. Two months overdue is the limit.
3. They are 200 AED per month or 2000AED yearly.
4. Dues of 200AED per month payable every month via DD or in CASH
5. Annual Dues of 2000AED will be paid 1 November.
6. Upon failure of paying dues, member shall be suspended and turn in his colors.
7. If within two months dues still aren't paid, the colors will be forfeited to pay them and member will no longer be considered a member.
8. Loans must be agreed by the executive board and members must put up their motorcycle.
1. Respect is to be shown to all club members, officers, members, members', bikes, partners (Ol Ladies), house, job, etc. In other words, if it's not yours, 'Don't Mess with it.
2. Respect your colors at all times, ensure they are shown respect.
3. No stealing from members or other clubs or the public.
4. No fighting is allowed, as an EMS MC we are to avoid trouble and only defend ourselves if needed, i.e. we can't leave the area.
1. President gets all colors from approved inhouse vender only and all colors must come via Dubai even for Nomads
2. When a member leaves club, member turns over colors to president.
3. Respect your colors; don't let anyone take them from you except the president of the chapter.
4. No colors are worn in a cage, except during funerals and loading or unloading a bike from a truck.
5. No hippie shit on the front.
6. Nothing will be worn on the back of your vest or jacket except for club colors with the exception of one or more country flags (40mmx70mm max) these flags will only be allowed above the colours for Veterans of those countries armed forces, It is to show respect to veteran members of DFMC. they have to be worn right at the very top at the collar line only and nowhere else on the rear - this exception is being discussed again at the AGM in September 2023.
7. Country flag must be worn on the front of the colours at the top right - this flag can be on velcro and changed to show your country affiliation which may change if your a Nomad.
7. Colors must be worn at all times when riding or at Club functions. Only one of your brothers or your OL' lady can babysit your colors. Colors are not required to be worn to and from employment if not allowed by employer, even if riding to work. If patch is lost or stolen, patch holder will be judged by the membership.
8. The only way a member of Deathfighter can retire and keep his patches is if an officer authorises him on retirement. Minimum time for retirement is 10 years patched service to the club or if you have served as an officer for at least one full term of 4 years plus 5 as a member (9yrs). Note: Colors must not be worn while riding they are a keep sake only for display.
9. Nomads riding with nomad patch on their front and/or a Nomad side rocker must under bylaws wear a "Pass Pin" through or near their Nomad patch. This is very very old skool but it is felt a mark of respect to the other club areas you may ride through / in as a Nomad.
10. To be entiled to wear any military insignia on the front, you must have proof of service in the Military and have the item pre-approved by the executives.
11. No patches or pins to be worn on Death Fighters Colours that may bring the club into harms way or to the attention of the Police in Dubai or in other countries.
12. No Member is to ride as a ghost without good reason and with pre-approval this may be due them riding in a "No Fly" area or event.
13. Side Rockers must be pre-approved by the executive and currently only the following are allowed: DUBAI, ABU DHABI, DOCTOR, PARAMEDIC, NURSE, EMT, NOMAD EMT, NOMAD permission is required from an executive member to display the appropriate preapproved side rocker.
14. Get Back Whips, all Death Fighters EMS MC members are advised while riding to fly a get back whip of Blue and White in colour, the length is optional, as its it use.
1. To be accepted as a Nomad within Death Fighters EMS MC you must have good standing and be sponsored by the VP Nomads and have a 100% vote at the next club meeting.
2. To be considered as a Nomad Prospect you must have a sponsor whom is a nomad and the backing of the VP Nomad or VP Dubai plus the terms listed within the prospect section of the bylaws above.
3. All club nomads will as already discussed in the Colours section of the bylaws wear a pass pin through their NOMAD front patch.
4. Nomads are not required to wear a side rocker this is optional but it is compulsory to wear your NOMAD front patch.
5. Nomads will where possible contact the local dominant MC of the country they ride and seek approval to pass through or reside in.
6. Get Back Whips, Nomads are allowed to remove their whips and fly naked bar if its unsalfe to fly.
7. Nomad members are should not recruit in any country without the express permission of the VP Nomads, as a rule we don't actively recruit overseas.
8. Nomads are allowed to ride without their Colours (be a ghost) if they feel that their safety may be compromsied due to the area they are riding, see also 6.
* We try not to use the term Ol' ladies but its an old skool term and we like old skool, so partners or OL' ladies the rules still apply.
1. Please don't mess around with brother's OL' lady it will lead to instant removal from the club.
2. Property patches were brought up in 2020 before all patch holders for input. Majority voted NO as the days of owning women has long since passed - so please do not let them be worn by partners if they wear any patches at all which we advise against - however they can patch the same as a hangaround.
3. Members are responsible for their OL' ladies at all times while on club business
4. Members may have more than one (1) OL ' lady this is the United Arab Emirates after all.
5. Members must state who his OL ' lady is in front of all those present.
6. Members may not discuss club business with their OL' lady.
7. No OL' ladies allowed at meetings.
8. OL' ladies are allowed unescorted only by prior arrangement by the OL' man.
9. Deathfighter & OL' Lady patches are worn optionally on an OL ' lady. This patch is worn on the front right only no rear patches ever.
10. We are a family and families look after each other so if you see a members OL' Lady in trouble or a child of a member it is your duty to step up and in to assist as if they where your own.
1. We are a transparent club, we are an Emergency Medical Services Motorcycle Club with an aim to help all clubs with medical support on rides.
2. We are not affiliated with any other MC or MCC
3. We are not an official support club for any one singular MC
4. We are here to help all those taking to the roads around us with medical emergencies.
5. We will not take sides in any conflict.
6. We do not and never will claim any location, area or rights we are a support MC
